Our cooking classes in Italy are taught by Lorella Cappellato ,
a locally born chef who studied by the most famous Italian Cookery school ( Sadler – Melotti -. Pastry school of Chioggia just to name a few ) . She also worked in Italy and Usa with very important chefs.
Lorella's cooking vacations is a real hands on course designed to teach you to make splendid 4 course Italian lunch covering all the basic Italian cooking techniques, from pasta to pastries and everything in between. Most of the ingredients you will use during your cooking vacation are seasonal products bought each morning from local markets or picked up directly from Lorella's kitchen-garden. So you will be working with fresh fruit and vegetables in season.
Throughout your cooking vacation you will learn about the ingredients and the traditions around the dishes as well as food presentation and wine choice.
