When I was a little child, watching my grandmother cooking the meal for the family, it was amazing.
I loved to help her make homemade pasta with our fresh chicken eggs.
It was natural that I would spend most of my time in the kitchen.
I have studied with many of the most famous chefs in Italy.
They taught me how to create gourmet dessert, magnificent mousses, luscious Lasagne alla Bolognese and elegant Risotto with meat, to name a few.
There are secrets to make home made bread and pizza.
I have taught courses on how to serve food and how to prepare the table with a specifie theme.
I have been travelling around Italy for many years discovering local recipes (just a few miles can make a big difference in the way Italian food is prepared).
In my region traditional dishes are "Pasta e Fagioli" or "Risotto with meat". Just 20 miles west the speciality dish is "Ravioli with Pumpkin" or "Risotto col Pontel".
If you are visiting Genua you can delight "Trenette al Pesto".
All my cooking lessons are hands on. I don't believe that anyone can learn to cook just by watching.
